About euNOMIKA

Presenting to you euNOMIKA Legal Journal

The euNOMIKA Legal Journal is a leading-edge, peer-reviewed publication at the nexus of legal and scientific inquiry in the United States. As the official journal of the Center for Criminological, Legal, and Sociological Studies (CSC), euNOMIKA serves a vibrant and growing community of legal academicians, practitioners, and transdisciplinary scholars. The journal disseminates knowledge concerning all areas of U.S. law, criminology/penology, sociology, psychology/intelligence practices, and the legal protection of cultural property. It also fosters innovation in these fields, making such knowledge and practice accessible to professionals and society.

Our Purpose and Vision

At the heart of the euNOMIKA Legal Journal is a commitment to excellence in legal research and public discourse. Our goal is to promote strict professional discourse, rigorous academic analysis, critical debate, and the advancement of scholarly work at the intersection of policy, scholarship, and practice. We seek to build bridges between theory and practice, and between academia and the constant development of US law and justice. As an open-access journal, we guarantee that legal knowledge is not restricted within the walls of academia, but distributed amongst attorneys, judges, lawmakers, journalists, and citizens who care about a more just and progressive society.

Professional, Peer-Reviewed Platform for Legal and Scientific Studies

euNOMIKA Legal Journal maintains the highest level of peer review and editorial integrity. All submissions are reviewed by our experienced editorial board to ensure that articles published in the journal meet stringent specifications for originality, relevance, and scholarly value. Contributors to the journal include prominent U.S. legal practitioners, criminology and sociology scholars, psychologists specializing in legal matters, and intelligence and cultural heritage protection specialists. We welcome different perspectives wherever possible in order to advance new methods of approaching modern challenges in law.

Affiliation with CSC (Center for Criminological, Legal and Sociological Studies)
