euNOMIKA Legal Journal is published under an open-access policy. All published articles, along with all other materials accessible via the site, are freely accessible to all users. There are no publication charges, subscription fees, or paywalls.

Submitted manuscripts, columns or commentaries will be subject to peer-review and editorial judgment on their scholarly quality, relevance and originality. Responsibilities of the authors include validation of their data and addressing a conflict of interest. Plagiarism, fabrication of data or other acts of misconduct will lead to rejection or retraction of the submitted manuscript, column or commentary, which may later be reported to appropriate authorities.
