1) Am I eligible to submit an article to euNOMIKA Legal Journal?

Submissions are welcome from all U.S. legal professionals, academics, researchers, and experts in criminology, law, sociology, psychology, intelligence, and the protection of cultural heritage. To be considered for publication the author must submit an abstract and CV.

2) How do I submit my manuscript?

Email your abstract and CV to [email protected]–the editorial office will inform you if your submission is accepted for consideration. Typically the journal will inform you of the next phase within two weeks.

3) Is there a publication/submission fee?

No. euNOMIKA Legal Journal is an open-access research journal and there is no COPE, publication, or submission fee. Our content is available online at no cost.

4) What is the peer-review process?

Our articles undergo a double-blind peer review process by members of our board consisting of top academics and practitioners in their fields.

5) How long does it take for an article to be published?

Review and publication takes approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the subject matter and reviewer availability.

6) May I provide a submission for a special column: “Eunomia Pills”?

Yes. For special columns note this in your submission email. The editorial team will provide information and guidelines when your topic is acceptable.

7) What type of submissions does the journal accept?

euNOMIKA Legal Journal publishes research and commentary on U.S. law, criminology, legal sociology, intelligence, psychology, and legal protection of cultural heritage, as well as coverage of relevant legal news and events.
